NRL Best Tips and Multi Bet of the Weekend | Round 14

Round 13 is done and dusted and once again it delivered. Our multi came agonizingly close, hitting 2/3 legs and only missing thanks to a last-minute disallowed try. We are back this week with MyBettingAustralia’s NRL Multi of the week and we have found some value across Betting Sites on the Raiders, the Sharks and the Storm.

June 2nd, 20:00, Campbelltown Sports Stadium 

For our first leg of the multi of the week, we look to the Tigers hosting the Raiders. Both sides have been in fine form recently, with the Tigers winning 3 of their last 4 games while the Raiders have won 6 of their last 7 games. Each side have one player playing State of Origin, Korisau for the Tigers and Hudson Young for the Raiders, with both being named to back up on the short 2-day turnaround. Korisau has been such an integral part to the Tigers’ recent success and if rested, it would be a massive blow for them.

However, even if he does play on Friday night, the Raiders are undeniably the better outfit here. While the Tigers have been in great form, they still sit in 15th position, while the Raiders are continuing to prove why they are a top 8 contender this year. I think the bookies have shown too much respect for the Tigers and that’s why I am taking the Raiders to win @1.80 on TopSport.

June 3rd, 19:35, PointsBet Stadium

For our second leg of the multi we see the Sharks facing the Broncos on Saturday night. Both sides have been tremendous this year, sitting in 2nd and 3rd place respectively. The Sharks are one of the lucky sides to barely be impacted by Origin despite their success, having only Nicho Hynes who is expected to play limited minutes off the bench and should back up. On the other hand, the Broncos have Walsh, Cobbo, Carrigan, Flegler and Haas playing Origin and while they are all named to play, I can’t see this happening.

Even if they do play, they will likely be playing reduced minutes, with Haas playing only 28 minutes in the subsequent round last year. This Broncos side will be tired after Origin against a fresh Sharks at home and that’s why I am taking the Sharks to win @1.62 on PlayUp.

June 4th, 16:05, Queensland Country Bank Stadium

For Our final leg of the multi we look at the Cowboys hosting the Storm. These two teams are in polar opposite form, with the Storm rallying of late, pushing them to 4th position while the Cowboys have lost 2 in a row, including an embarrassing loss to the Tigers, putting them all the way down at 16th spot. To make things worse for the Cowboys, they have left their Origin stars Val Holmes and Murray Taulagi on the extended reserves, indicating they are likely to be rested. The Storm only miss Grant and Munster to Origin, with both being named to backup.

This Melbourne side have proved they are far better than the Cowboys this season and I think this should continue this week. They are welcoming back Eli Katoa from a shoulder injury and are finally looking to be almost at full strength, besides Papenhuyzen. This Storm outfit should be too good, especially if the Cowboys do elect to rest their players and that’s why I am taking the Storm to win @1.46 on BoomBet.
