About ChaseBet

So, what makes ChaseBet so special? Well, several aspects surprised me because they are still so new in the market! Firstly, they offer ChaseBet TV, which is a great addition, meaning you can watch races live. They may be one of the small betting sites in Australia but they aren’t letting that slow them down.

If you’re a greyhound racing enthusiast, then ChaseBet has to be the bookie for you. They have heaps of racing markets available for greyhound racing events and to sweeten the deal, the range of promotions available couldn’t be any better. Their promotions don’t just cover greyhound racing either, but I will talk more about this later!

In all honesty, the design of their website and app are quite plain but when it comes to a betting site, there should be more emphasis on how it performs, not how it looks. A few more design features here and there could really take ChaseBet to the next level.

I’ve found that ChaseBet is quickly rising in popularity all around Australia, especially in those states that like betting on greyhounds. This is why there’s no doubt they are one of the fastest-growing Victorian betting sites on the market!

Chasebet Strengths and Weaknesses

Every bookie will have their flaws and the name of the game is to work out whether their positive attributes will outweigh their negative ones. ChaseBet Australia is no different, they certainly have a lot of things going for them but there are also a couple of things that could work on.

All online betting sites should be constantly looking to improve. If they think they are perfect, that’s when other bookies will catch up and overtake them. With the Australian betting market being as competitive as it is, there’s no time to think you’re the best. Bookies should always be looking for the next big thing to wow their existing customers and draw new ones in.

After playing around with ChaseBet for a little while, I’ve found some key pros and cons that you should be aware of:

👍ChaseBet Strengths

The main pros of ChaseBet include:

  • Heaps of racing (especially greyhound racing) promotions
  • Range of markets
  • Fixed odds are very competitive
  • ChaseBet TV
  • Same Game/ Race Multis
  • Live chat
  • User-friendly app

👎ChaseBet Weaknesses

The main cons of ChaseBet include:

  • Difficult to find contact information
  • Lack of payment options (especially for withdrawals)
  • No live betting available

👨‍⚖️ChaseBet Betting Verdict

I personally find ChaseBet a great new addition to the betting industry. They’ve gone their own way a bit and not just copied what the big players in the game are doing. They are focusing more on racing, in particular greyhound racing. They have heaps of daily promotions and I was pretty surprised to see how many were greyhound racing-related.

For a new bookie, offering live chat is a pretty big deal and they also have ChaseBet TV (but the user experience with this, especially on desktop, needs a little bit of work). After reviewing their odds with some of the other bookies, I’ve found ChaseBet’s are fairly competitive as well.

ChaseBet Features

Where would a bookie be without their features? Nowhere, probably! If you’re the kind of punter who likes all the whizz-bang features, you’ll be happy with what ChaseBet has to offer. They’ve got a whole range of features that I like, but I’ve narrowed it down to just a handful of the main ones, which you can find out more about below.

ChaseBet TV

ChaseBet TV is probably one of the biggest draw cards for ChaseBet. You can stream live races and I’ve found this is not something that a lot of new betting sites have. The user experience of ChaseBet TV could be optimised a little more, especially on the desktop. I found it difficult to place bets and watch the live stream at the same time.

Live Chat

In my ChaseBet review, one of the first things I noticed was that they offer live chat for customers. Live chat is quickly becoming the most popular method to get in touch with customer support because it is generally the fastest. If you ever run into any problems the ChaseBet customer support team will be on hand to assist.

Competitive Fixed Odds

If a bookie is going to be one of the best horse racing betting sites going around, they need competitive fixed odds. ChaseBet’s odds are fairly competitive, especially if you compare them to the other new bookies on the market. When you add in the extra value you are getting with racing promotions, it is something you can’t really ignore.

Huge Range of Sports Markets

It’s not all just racing here with ChaseBet! When I looked through their range of sports markets available, I was pleasantly surprised. For example, when I looked at the events covered under Rugby League, it wasn’t just the NRL that was included, but also other leagues like the NSW Cup and Super League.

ChaseBet Odds

It’s widely accepted that newer bookies on the market don’t always have the best odds going around. So, imagine my surprise when I was comparing the odds ChaseBet offered for some of their horse racing markets with other more established bookies and I found that ChaseBet’s odds were among the most competitive.

This is why I always recommend shopping around and having accounts with multiple bookies because you never know when or where you’re going to get more bang for your buck. Even if you’re only betting small amounts, shopping around could mean you pocket more at the end of the day.

ChaseBet Markets

ChaseBet Australia has a focus on racing markets and this can be clearly seen on their home page. All the racing markets you could hope for, including Same Race Multis, are available with ChaseBet.

It’s not only the range of markets available but the amount of events to choose from. After visiting the racing page on ChaseBet, I feel like my scrolling finger needs a break from all the scrolling I needed to do to view all the racing events available!

While ChaseBet does focus on racing, they haven’t dropped the ball with their range of sports markets available. You’ll be pleased to know that Same Game Multis are also available and I think ChaseBet, in particular, is one of the best NRL betting sites going around due to their range of markets available.

After taking a look at their website, the range of sports available to bet on is decent enough, especially considering they only opened up shop in 2023. Some of the main sports they cover include:

  • American Football
  • Australian Rules
  • Baseball
  • Basketball
  • Cricket
  • Cycling
  • Football
  • Golf
  • Ice Hockey
  • Motor Sport
  • Rugby League
  • Rugby Union
  • Tennis
  • Volleyball

ChaseBet App

If you’re the kind of punter who is betting on the go all the time, you’ll be pleased to know that the ChaseBet app has everything you need. It’s clearly been designed with user-friendliness in mind and it is easy to navigate through. Everything is intuitively designed and I think it’s got to be one of the top online betting apps going around.

I’m an Apple user and when I’ve been using the app, I haven’t found any issues or bugs. Chasebet register or login is easy through the app as well and it only takes a couple of taps and then you’re ready to start placing some bets.

Speaking of placing bets! I found the process of placing bets on both racing and sports events quite easy. The next-to-go ticker on the app is great and makes placing last-minute bets a total breeze. All the features available on ChaseBet’s website are also available through the app.

The app is available in the Apple App Store as well as the Google Play Store and after checking their app ratings, it’s pretty clear that others are enjoying the app as well. I’ve listed the current ratings below:

  • Apple App Store rating - 4.5/5 (from 137 reviews)
  • Google Play Store rating - 5/5 (from 17 reviews)

ChaseBet Promotions

Now, the thing you’ve all been waiting for - ChaseBet promotions! As a racing-focused bookie, I found that a lot of their promotions are racing-related. I believe they offer a greater range of promotions when compared to some of the other bookies that opened up around the same time as ChaseBet.

They also provide a few sports-related promotions as well, for all those sports bettors out there, including a range of AFL and NRL promotions. Overall, I think ChaseBet’s promotional offering is pretty good, there is certainly room for improvement if they want to be competitive with the bigger players in the game.

Don’t forget though, they only started operations in 2023, so if this is where they are starting from, I can’t wait to see what the future holds! You’ll be able to see all the promotions you can take advantage of with ChaseBet Australia when you log into your account. If you aren’t logged in, you won’t be able to see all the promotions.

ChaseBet Withdrawal

Not the most glamorous part of any ChaseBet Australia review, but it involves your money, so it is very important! It’s a good idea to understand the range of payment options available before signing up for a bookie, especially if you want to utilise one of the less popular payment methods.

The withdrawal time with ChaseBet is usually between one to two days and is quite limited as they only have one withdrawal method available at the moment, which is bank transfer. This is quite typical of a new bookie and I’d say they are likely to add additional withdrawal options as they continue to grow.

Before you can withdraw, you’ll need to deposit! When it comes to Chase Bet bookmaker deposit options, there are two available:

  • Debit card
  • Bank transfer

This means that ChaseBet is not one of the few PayPal betting sites available in Australia. But it is pretty safe to say that the majority of Aussies would prefer to use a debit card or bank transfer, so if this is the case for you, then you’re all set!

ChaseBet Customer Support

Customer support has become a point of difference, especially with some of the newer bookies in the market. I’ve noticed a trend of new bookies putting more focus on this to draw in more customers and ChaseBet Australia is no different. At the time of writing, ChaseBet has two options available:

  1. Live chat (through the website and app)
  2. Email (support@chasebet.com.au)

I always look favourably upon bookies that offer live chat as a method to get in touch with customer support because it is my favourite method of communication. Live chat is a great way to get any issues you have resolved quickly and the ChaseBet customer support team is here to help.

ChaseBet Australia Review FAQs

You may have never heard about ChaseBet and therefore have a lot of questions about the bookie. Don’t worry though, because I’ve got answers! I’ve gone through and found the most common questions people have about ChaseBet and answered them below.

Is ChaseBet a legit bookie?

Yes, I wouldn’t have gone into such detail in this ChaseBet review if they weren’t a legit bookie! ChaseBet is licensed and regulated by the NSW Greyhound Welfare and Integrity Commission and the Office of Liquor Gaming and Racing.

Are there promo codes for ChaseBet?

You aren’t required to input any promo codes when signing up with ChaseBet. On top of this, ChaseBet (and all other Aussie bookies) aren’t legally able to offer sign-up bonuses for new customers. They still have a range of promotions available though, which you can check out when you’ve logged into your account.

Is live betting available with ChaseBet?

After conducting this ChaseBet review, I found that they do not offer live betting. This could change in the future though, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled for that. Remember that ChaseBet is still fairly new in the game, so these kinds of features could already be in the works.

How to get in touch with ChaseBet customer support?

You can get in touch with the ChaseBet customer support team through their live chat function or through email. You will likely need to provide your ChaseBet login details (they will not ask you for your password), so they can confirm who they are speaking with before helping you out.

Which markets are available at ChaseBet?

ChaseBet has a great range of markets available for racing and sports events, this includes the newly popular Same Game/ Race Multis. All the main markets you have come to expect can be found on ChaseBet.

How to sign up with ChaseBet?

When it comes to the ChaseBet sign-up process, it’s actually fairly easy. When I signed up, it took me less than a minute! You need to fill out ChaseBet Australia login details like your email and name, create a username and password and then pop in your address. You’re pretty much set after that, just need to set up your banking details to deposit funds!

Conclusion & Final Thoughts

ChaseBet is a great new addition to the Australian market and I think they are causing some of the more established bookies to sit up and take notice. They have come a long way in a short time, offering features like ChaseBet TV and Same Race/ Game Multis. Their focus on greyhound racing will appeal to those who prefer betting on the dogs.

Their interface isn’t the prettiest going around but it is as functional as you could hope for and user-friendliness was clearly a major consideration when designing their website and app. They have competitive racing fixed odds and live chat is available if you need to get in touch with their customer support team.
