Four epic fixtures continue to rumble on in the NBA playoffs and with so much at stake, there are heaps of opportunities out there for both punters and NBA betting apps. The Boston Celtics have a chance to wrap up their series against the Cleveland Cavaliers as they clash at TD Garden, whilst Oklahoma City Thunder and Dallas Mavericks and the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Denver Nuggets continue to battle it out, with both series locked at 2-2.

It would appear that the Boston Celtic are in no mood to make the same mistakes as last season, as they sit on the cusp of the Eastern Conference finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers. A win in Ohio last time out has pushed the Celtics to within just one game of the Eastern final and they look to be ready to make a final charge for the NBA Championship. The Cavs won’t roll over here and they’ll make a game of it but the Boston Celtics should be way too good for them in this one and they are strong favourites to win with most NBA betting apps. 

17th May – Paycom Center, Oklahoma

Oklahoma City Thunder to win the match @ 1.95 (PlayUp)

The ebb and flow of the NBA playoffs is what the sport is all about and both Oklahoma City Thunder and the Dallas Mavericks will be dreaming of reaching the NBA Western Conference final. Thunder looked dominant throughout the regular season in the West, but they have had to huff and puff so far in the playoffs. For the Dallas Mavericks, they have had to force their way into contention the hard way but with so many bright lights in their side, they look capable of going all the way this term. Home advantage could prove telling though and Oklahoma City Thunder should just about come out on top in this one. 

18th May - Target Center, Minnesota

Denver Nuggets to win the match @ 2.15 (BlueBet)

Momentum is often everything when it comes to the playoffs, and it all appears to be with defending champions the Denver Nuggets at the moment. The Minnesota Timberwolves were 2-0 up and cruising earlier in the series but the Nuggets have fought back hard, and they now look more likely to progress to the Western Conference finals. Playing at home will help the Timberwolves but the Nuggets are a tough nut to crack and they should defy the pre-match predictions of many punters and international betting sites.
