Chris Wilder’s side are in disarray.

Following the euphoria of promotion to the Premier League last year, Sheffield United have quickly found themselves in freefall.

Bramall Lane has previously been a very difficult place to go, with many punters and EPL betting sites often seeing it as a tough assignment for the big teams.

Ben Brereton-Diaz and Jams McAtee are tasked with plenty of the creative industry but with Rhian Brewster and Oli McBurnie out of form alongside them, it has been a tough campaign for the Blades.

Conceding 72 goals in 27 games is a clear and obvious red flag surrounding Sheffield United and this season could become even more memorable – for all the wrong reasons.

Swindon Town conceded 100 goals in their 1993/94 Premier League campaign, a record that still stands today.

Sheffield United would need to concede more than 28 goals in their next 11 games but with 16 conceded in their last 3 home games, they need to buck their ideas up pretty quickly, to avoid being etched into EPL folklore.
