Can the Blades bounce back from the Championship next season?

Surviving in the Premier League remains one of the toughest existances for any side and Sheffield United have struggled to cope with the rigours of the EPL this term. 
 
Paul Heckingbottom was relieved of his duties as manager, with Chris Wilder returning to Bramall Lane but results haven’t improved. 
 
With just 3 wins to their name all season, United face a huge rebuilding job back in the Championship next season, whoever steps into the managerial breach but they will be amongst the favourites to bounce back with many pundits and EPL betting sites. 

Struggling Sheffield 

The grandeur of Sheffield as a footballing city has waned in recent times and the relegation of United is just another example of the footballing struggles the city is enduring. 
 
With local rivals Sheffield Wednesday also locked in a battle to preserve their Championship status, the city needs a footballing boost. 
 
United have long yo-yoed between the Premier League and the Championship and despite their poor form this term, they will be in the mix to achieve promotion again next season with many Championship and EPL betting sites.

They say in life that you should never go back and so it has proven for Sheffield United and Chris Wilder. 
 
During his first tenure at the club, Wilder inspired the Blades to the dizzying heights of a top half finish in the Premier League, but the wheels have fallen off dramatically since. 
 
Replacing Paul Heckingbottom with Chris Wilder looked to be a gamble by the Bramall Lane hierarchy, a move that certainly did not pay off.

Whoever is in charge next season will know that they have the basis of a squad that could challenge at the sharp end of the Championship.
