Part of the huge international appeal the BBL has within the cricketing fraternity is how international the tournament has always been.

Joining defending champions Perth Scorchers, Crawley has instantly slotted into life in Western Australia and his unbeaten 65 in his opening game against the Hobart Hurricanes was a serious sign of things to come.
