Geelong now need to bounce back

It had been billed as the biggest game of the season so far and it sure didn’t disappoint, as Melbourne and Geelong locked horns at the MCG. 
 
Both sides enjoyed spells of dominance during the game, but it was Melbourne who came out on top. 
 
The closeness of the contest was exemplified by the 74-66 scoreline and both sides will be looking to kick on from here over the remainder of the campaign and they are both seen as firm AFL championship contenders with all AFL betting sites.   

Melbourne’s mettle
